Training

When lives are on the line there is no substitute for experience transferred through training and certification. In addition to training from Paramedics Unlimited, our team receives additional on-going training through the fire departments they serve. Our roster includes over 100 Paramedics and EMTs who have red card certifications and more than a dozen Medical Unit Leaders. A similar number have Technical Rescue Training which includes water rescue, ropes, and helicopter operations.

Teamwork

Experienced leaders who emphasize training also recognize the dynamics of teamwork. Teamwork does not just happen. It is the result of planning and purposeful efforts which create systems to deliver a high level of service even under the most stressful conditions.
