• We operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year. To maintain our team, we contract to provide medical stand-by for community events, conventions, movie sets, visiting dignitaries, festivals, and sporting events.
• We recruit world-class talent. A large percentage of the PMU team members work for local fire departments in Phoenix where they have developed longstanding positive relationships in an emergency response setting. These EMT's and Paramedics are recognized worldwide for excellence in fire fighting, emergency medical response, and fire safety.
• We are deployment ready. Keeping equipment and supplies state-of-the art and ready to go is vital to our vision of service delivery. The "equipment bag tags" we developed are an effective visual system to manage and monitor our equipment, drug boxes, and the BLS, ALS, and Paramedic Kits. At a glance we can tell if the drugs are current and the equipment and supplies are complete.
